The local chapter of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) recently filed a complaint with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, the agency that regulates nursing homes.
The union accused Palm Gardens of “assigning licensed nursing assistants to 31 patients on a frequent basis. This leads to delays in elder care.”
