In 1927, Sleepy Hollow Cemetery in Oak Lawn, Illinois became one of the first providers of funeral services in the entire Southwest Chicago area. As the service portfolio grew to include new services such as cremation, the name was changed to Chapel Hill Gardens South Cemetery.
In 1996, nearly 70 years after our founding, Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home opened, allowing families to plan cremations, funerals, memorials and burials at these sister locations.
