PT/DPT Graston Certified, LSVT BIG Certified, non-major graduate from Indiana University Bloomington with a degree in Human Biology and Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Indiana State University. I first became interested in physical therapy when I was in high school and my aunt was a physical therapist. I always knew that I wanted to work in health care to help people and improve their quality of life, but before I went to college, I always had the idea that I wanted to be a doctor. However, through many observations, I realized that I wanted to pursue a project where I had more one-on-one time with patients so that I could participate in their treatment, and physical therapy was my answer.
I currently live in Valparaiso with my partner and have lived here since May 2021 but have been visiting this area for the past 8 years. I was born and raised in Anderson, Indiana. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington for my undergraduate studies, and then attended Indiana State University in Terre Haute, where I received my DPT. I am outdoors and exercise. I played baseball throughout my childhood and high school. I recently started playing disc golf, but I also enjoy golf, hiking, and running.
