“People are getting together, crowdfunding, buying homes with friends or family,” said Christian Barnes, president and CEO of Kansas City Homes, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.
Barnes said 18% of home purchases in the past six months were similar. He hopes it will increase.
According to Forbes, industry leaders agree on the big picture; Interest rates seem to be falling. Some expect 6-7% by the end of 2023, while others hope for a slight improvement. Barnes predicted that would drop to 5% by 2023.
